Membership info page.

This is similar to the live site: https://www.mousemingle.com/membership/subscribe

When signed in:

• Shows the current membership: “Annual / Monthly / etc.”
• With the expiration date: “Expires: January 18, 2038”

Also, show the table of features for each membership level. (Currently, the live site – Skadate – is generating the list from the membership types, but I don’t think that’s needed. The page can be manually edited – as long as there’s a way to link to the different membership levels to upgrade.
